1. PROCUREMENT NOTICES & DELIVERY

INFINITY3DP 3D Printers & Accessories:

Lead Time of 3D Printers: Approximately 14-60 working days.

Lead Time of Accessories: Approximately 5-10 working days.

Delivery by: DHL
Delivery time: Depend on the destination; you may track the goods with tracking no.
Delivery Freight: Please refer to the checkout page.

※Please Note:

  1. All items of 3D printer are produced after received purchase order.
  2. Please ensure all of the products and prices are correct before completing the orders. We are unable to do any changes or combination manually.
  3. All orders are shipped via DHL and we require a street address for all shipments.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with DHL tracking number when the order is completed, paid and ready to deliver.
  5. Delivery time varies depending on your location.
  6. Delays shall occur in particular due to force majeure, official measures, confiscation, natural disasters, and transport interruptions. The delivery deadlines shall be extended accordingly.
  7. All items of 3D printer are included warranty; the period of warranty depends on each part of components. Please refer to “Warranty Terms and Conditions” listed in the warranty card along with the 3D printer.
  8. Obvious defects shall be reported within 7-working days from the receipt with the detailed picture and product serial number. Please read carefully with Repair/Replacement Policy.
  9. Shipping fee depending on your country, region and weight of the purchases. Please refer to the checkout page.

2. PAYMENT

All prices quoted by INFINITY3DP® are in USD.  INFINITY3DP® offer the following payment methods: Credit Card,  PayPal.

Repair/Replacement

Every products purchased at INFINITY3DP® has limited warranty, depends on different components separately in 2-Years/90-Days/7-Days, as further described in the warranty card along with 3D printer.

If item is received with visible damage or faulty, please report immediately with a description of the issue along with pictures and the product name, serial number to your local distributor, or contact via the Prompt Chat for further understanding; if replacement is required, please fill in the Form.  Damaged components will be replaced within 7 days of receipt.  After 7 days from receipt, return or replacement will NOT be accepted.
